People ignore you..
When you need help from someone in a position to help you, don’t talk about your wants or anything you did for them in the past — they’ll simply ignore you.
They will probably never give a damn about your needs, and if you insist on focusing on your needs, they’ll think you’re needy or annoying.
However, you can’t just say what you want; there is an art to asking.
Rather than appealing to people’s compassion, appeal to their self-interest. They’ll gladly assist if they can receive something valuable in exchange.
You must concentrate on the other person’s desires rather than your own. Be a selfless person.
